Accomplice

The most immediately striking feature of Accomplice is the great vocalist. He has great range, never misses a note, and never sounds shrill. Overall, the band has a touch of the 80's sound with a modern, progressive rock edge.

Current Lineup:

Stephen Green: Lead Vocals
Sean Clegg: Acoustic and Electric Guitars, Vocals
Matthew Galasso: Piano and Keyboards
Scott Snyder: Bass, Vocals
Richard Arbuckle: Drums

"Courageous" is a keyboard dominated song. "Reactor" is a little heavier with more guitar and some nice bass work. "Fallin" is a ballad carried by Stephen's voice. "For All the World" picks up where "Courageous" left off but with more guitars. "State of the Nation" cranks up the power level and is my favorite from the CD. "Welcome" is a very good, interesting, piano fronted ballad. "Let the Show Begin" has a brisk pace and decent guitars. "Centurion" is another fairly heavy song with a unique sound and vocal phrasing. "Nightingale" is another piano dominated ballad where the vocals shine. "Fight On" begins lightly, but lets loose for a final onslaught. Overall, I really like the harder songs the best and wish there were more like "State of the Nation" and "Fight On". Even so, the talent level and the vocals make this a great listen.
