With its tradition of excellence in the liberal arts, Haverford College
demands intense study from its 1100 or so students. Under Haverfords
Honor Code, all examinations are self-scheduled and unproctored
and Ford students sit on most academic committees and have
a vote in every aspect of Haverford life. Also, we are
not making this up: Dave Barry is an alum.
