According to students on Davidson’s beautiful, wooded campus, almost every conversation “either begins with or ends with a description of all the work we have to do and how no one will ever be able to get it done.” Professors at this excellent liberal arts school push students “pretty hard” but they are “incredible teachers” with a great deal of “enthusiasm for their subjects.” Self-scheduled exams diminish the academic stress “to some extent.”
