Auburn is a cost-effective conservative school with Southern values
that offers a ton of majors and is especially strong in the sciences.
Every student is required to complete a broad core curriculum during freshman
and sophomore year to complete which covers writing skills and all of
the major arts and sciences. Much social life revolves around athletics,
and there is plenty of Auburn spirit, most notably for the
football team.
